Awsmosis delivered upskilling entirely offline — sending trainers on-site to companies to teach and run hands-on activities. It worked, but it didn't scale: every session needed a trainer in the room. We built them a full Learning Management System to take the entire programme online — courses, activities and learner progress, all in one place.
