How we started
Innov8ture started on a construction site. Our founder watched a site foreman spend three hours manually entering delivery docket data into a spreadsheet — then doing it again the next day. The technology to automate that existed. Nobody had built it for construction.
We built GRN Automation in six weeks. The same foreman processed 40 deliveries in 15 minutes on his phone. We knew we were onto something real.
The second problem we tackled was job seeking — another area where humans spend enormous time on work AI can do better, faster, and at scale. Job Placement was born from watching talented people send hundreds of generic applications and hear nothing back. We fixed that.
